To commemorate the Alpenland Tänzer Gunstock Oktoberfest, fifth anniversary,
(to the tune of Frau Meier)

When summer comes around again, Rosie gets us practicing,
To Gretchen’s one more time we’d go, to give the northern folks a show.
We practiced dance and plattlering, the Schnitzelbank we’d sing.

King Ludwig’s boys played horns and bells, the Wurst und Schnaps und Bier would sell.
It was our favorite gig of all. The audience said:  “We had a ball”.
We even gave new dances a go, Fred was scared “Big-Bill” would show!
